We can offer fixed fee services for undefended divorce, agreed financial matters and also for non-agreed financial cases with assets not exceeding £500,000.00.

Finance

We can also seek to arrange litigation funding in appropriate cases with Novitas loan funding or Ampla Finance on your behalf (arrangement charges and interest apply) interest is charged on the amount drawn down and only once funds are drawn down for costs. The loan is repayable at the conclusion of the proceedings.

Other loan funding companies are available and you should ensure that the arrangements are suitable for you. The agreement is between you and the funder.

Hourly Rates with Monthly Billing

We can also charge on an hourly rate basis for work done, we will request a payment on account and will interim bill as the case proceeds. We recommend setting up a standing order for a monthly payment on account of fees.
